3. Accounts

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to your chosen plan. We do not store your card details — this is handled entirely by Stripe.

Billing and Renewal

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled
• You will be charged at the start of each billing cycle
• We will notify you by email before any price changes take effect

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access to premium content until then.

Refunds

We offer refunds within 14 days of initial purchase if you are not satisfied, provided you have not made substantial use of the premium content. Refund requests should be sent to EnglishPlay.org@proton.me. Renewals are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable consumer protection law.
